Please read through the camping's basic regulations:

• All sleep in must give out their ID upon check in.
• The room is for 2 persons. Check In is at 12:00pm midday, and Check Out is at 11:00am the next day.Visitors must report to reception and are subject to a 10'000LL fee.
• You have to rent a room or be using tents, hamacs, caravans or camping cars only. You can not sleep in sofas or on the floor.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Respect silence. Sound systems are not allowed at the camping. Respect your neighbour's and stop noise or music after midnight on weekends, and 10pm at weekdays.
• No fire camp allowed. When barbecuing, be careful with flames; ensure there are no trees on top of the grill. When you finish, completely extinguish fire with water and throw ashes in the garbage.
• Swimming is at your own responsibility, do not risk. Ask reception for the weather.
• Think Nature friendly; moderate your consumption of water and electricity.
• Please do not move or take furniture and decorative items, it also includes tables and chairs from other sites than yours.
• Only environmentally (biodegradable) soap should be used for outside showers (our little soaps are bio)
• Dishes should be washed up when used in kitchen.
• Place your rubbish in the garbage bins situated on the map do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. We recycle Glass, aluminum and plastics bottles.
• Hosts are not allowed to ask for services from staff. We do not have services or phones in the rooms. See reception if you need help. Tips are forbidden.
• Do not wear or act in a way that is susceptible to shock and upset neighbors or children. Political and religious debates are forbidden.
• Campers are not allowed to carry out activities without taking permission.
• It is strictly prohibited, the use of illicit drugs, abuse of alcohol and nudism. Pets with well behaved owners are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash.
• We are not responsible for stolen or lost objects. Valuable belongings should be put in the safe, at reception. Found belongings will be kept for one month only.
• Any person who violates these guidelines will be asked to leave the premises and will not be welcome back.
• The management has the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Payment and Cancellation policy:

• All payment for rooms are inCash, paid upon check in, and is non-negotiable. When deposit is required, the full amount is refundable 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event, unless stated otherwise. For refunds please keep the original receipt. The management does not guarantee payment for no shows.
