Just off the old costal road in the lower part of Amchit set on a cliff-top site overlooking the sea you will find Camping Les Colombes Amchit. The blue sky and cool sea breezes wisp through the trees. Walking along the winding pathways that lead to the many different accommodation options offered here, one is surrounded by nature. Though the town of Amchit is just a few streets away, one feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of civilization.

Around every turn is a new discovery of beauty, a small humble chapel, a place for picnicking, a small roman style theatre for enjoying music in the evenings, and everywhere, a peaceful view of the crystal green blue sea, washing waves against the rocky coastline. They rise and fall into a large tide pool in the rocks creating a natural salt-water swimming pool accessible via a narrow winding path down the cliffs.

During the day you can enjoy snorkeling, fishing, and swimming in the waters just below the cliffs that create this dramatic and beautiful part of the Lebanese coastline. And in the evenings sit and share music and laughter on the stone stairs of the amphitheatre, with a perfect view of the magnificent sunsets.
